Planning notes
Compare box storage, larger storage spaces or moving-only services for clothes, books, household items and furniture at CLASSICAL GDNS (Listed address (Chinese): 馬窩路10號；馬窩路8號；馬窩路9號). Confirm the building/block, floor and handover times first. The Central Warehouse is in Kowloon Bay, not a branch inside this property. Stair charges are HK$80 per floor; remote-area surcharges and collection and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately.
For Tai Po town centre, Lam Tsuen, and other addresses, separate box-stored small items from large furniture, then provide moving information from parking to the unit. Lifts, stairs, or long walking distances may affect work arrangements and are verified by customer service; do not assume all vehicles can drive directly to the door based on district name.
CLASSICAL GDNS residents can first keep daily items with them, then separate seasonal items from large furniture. The former compares Door-to-door Box Storage, the latter assesses Door-to-door Storage or Central Warehouse; if only moving between two addresses, enquire directly about moving services to avoid paying for unnecessary storage items.
