During renovations, moving transition periods, or when there is insufficient space at home, professional moving teams will pack and transport the items to be stored in the warehouse in batches, so you don't need to rent a vehicle or move them yourself
How is door-to-door storage different from box storage?
Door-to-door storage suits furniture, appliances and larger batches of belongings collected by the moving team for storage. Compare the storage space and monthly plan you need. Box storage is primarily for smaller packed items. If belongings can go directly from the old address to the new one without storage, enquire about local moving instead.

Plan what goes into storage and what comes back first
- Estimate from an inventory, not your home's floor area
- Homes of the same size can contain very different quantities of furniture. List approximate dimensions of beds, mattresses, sofas, cabinets and appliances, noting whether they can be dismantled. Then confirm suitable storage space; a unit's floor area does not guarantee every item will fit.
- A renovation completion date is not a confirmed return booking
- Say at quotation stage if a mattress must return before the remaining furniture. Confirm the storage term, transport dates, packing and dismantling scope separately. Allow for building-management bookings and receiving arrangements at the new address instead of assuming an unconfirmed slot is reserved.

How does Door-to-door Storage work?
A dedicated person will deliver the storage unit of the required size to your home, where you can organise, pack, and store items on the same day. After items are organised, the team will collect the storage unit and transport it to the Central Warehouse for safekeeping.
What unit sizes are available? Can I customise the size?
Currently, 12, 24, 36, and 48 square foot units are available, all based on usable area. Please refer to the price list above for dimensions of each unit; for 48 square foot or custom size arrangements, please contact customer service.
How long is the minimum rental period? How is the monthly fee calculated?
The minimum storage period is 3 months, with 3-month and 6-month storage plans available. The price list shows the monthly fee per unit, not the total cost for the entire rental period.
How do I retrieve items? Can I enter the storage myself?
When you need to retrieve items, contact customer service to arrange for the required storage unit to be delivered back to the designated address; if needed, entry into storage can be arranged again. The Central Warehouse restricts access to non-staff and is not a self-storage facility for customers to enter and retrieve items themselves.
Are first-time unit delivery and collection free?
The service provides free Door-to-door Storage units, and includes free first-time delivery and collection services.
Are prepayment, deposit, or warehouse exit fees required?
Door-to-door Storage service requires no prepayment or deposit, and there is no warehouse exit fee.
