How does door-to-door box storage work?
Door-to-door box storage stores smaller belongings by box type or item count. The team arranges box delivery, collection into storage and booked returns, so you do not need to transport boxes to the warehouse. Compare dimensions, weight limits, retrieval frequency and the 3- or 6-month plan. Listed monthly prices are not the total for the full term.

Choose boxes around belongings and retrieval needs
- Capacity is not the only limit
- Measure the longest item and estimate weight before choosing a box. Split dense books and documents rather than exceeding a weight limit to save a box. Storage boxes, document boxes and suitcase options have different dimensions and limits; check the relevant pricing row.
- Keep everyday essentials with you
- Do not pack original identity documents, everyday medicines or items you will need soon with seasonal belongings. Record each box number, contents category and expected retrieval order. Before a partial return, confirm scheduling and the collection/delivery allowance that applies to your plan.

- Approximate dates for box delivery, collection and return.
- Full collection/delivery address, floor, lift access and actual stairs.

Do storage boxes need to be purchased separately?
Door-to-door Box Storage service provides storage boxes for free, no need to purchase separately.
How much time is there to organise and pack after boxes are delivered?
After boxes are delivered, you have up to 14 days to organise and pack your items before arranging for collection and entry into storage.
Does the service include free door-to-door delivery?
The service includes free first-time delivery and collection, and provides one free round-trip door-to-door delivery every two months.
What should I do if I want to retrieve stored items?
When needed, contact customer service to arrange for the required storage boxes to be delivered back to the designated address. If storage is still needed afterwards, entry into storage can be arranged again.
What are the dimensions and weight limits for "Other items"?
For the "Other items" category, the length, width, and height total should not exceed 180 cm, and the weight limit is 25 kg.
Are prepayment, deposit, or warehouse exit fees required?
Door-to-door Box Storage service requires no prepayment or deposit, and there is no warehouse exit fee.
